MP-400 is a high performance, Broadcast video quality ,high-density Soc (System-on-Chip) technology encoder that is compliant with MPEG-4 ISO& ISMA /MPEG-2 DVB TS ,Divx,and provides the best quality streams. MP-400 produces DVD picture quality in MPEG-4 format under 2Mbps low bit rate . MP-400 is based upon newly MPEG-4 hardware encoding engine that takes advantage of high quality picture and best synchronization of audio.
